Specific information for this programme

  • Required Degree

    • Secondary Luxembourg school diploma or equivalent foreign diploma recognised by the Ministry of National Education
    • Admission to a subsequent semester is possible and is based on the application.

    When considering potential mathematics undergraduates, we seek out students with three key traits:
    • Proficiency in mathematics: Candidates should possess a suitable foundation in mathematics and strong general mathematical skills
    • Mathematical aptitude and talent: We look for students with the ability to think mathematically. This encompasses the ability to make connections between diverse mathematical concepts, as well as a capacity to quickly grasp new ideas and use them to solve challenging problems.
    • Motivation to study mathematics: Candidates must display a genuine commitment to studying mathematics at university level, and be prepared to work hard to succeed.
