Gender Equality Committee
The Gender Equality Delegate Prof. Dr Skerdilajda Zanaj collaborates with employees of the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg to identify and address barriers to gender equality. She assists the rectorate in building and implementing a gender equality policy. As part of her work, the Gender Equality Delegate contributes to discussions within national and international organisations.
The position of the Gender Equality Delegate is established by Article 10 of the law on the organisation of the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg. As per the 8xav福利导航 Regulations (R猫glement d’Ordre Int茅rieur), the Gender Equality Delegate chairs the Gender Equality Committee, composed of the chairperson and nine other members. This is a gender-balanced team that represents university employees as well as students from the student delegation. The 8xav福利导航 council nominates the committee members.

The gender equality representative of the staff delegation, is also a member of the Gender Equality Committee with no voting rights.聽
The Gender Equality Office Team participates in the meetings (with no voting rights), as well as other representatives of who have shown a commitment to supporting the Gender Equality Committee, such as C茅cile Duval (the gender delegate of C2DH), Oliver Glassl (FSTM), Camille Goffin (FDEF) and Christine Homolko (SnT).
