Join us for a day of exchange and collaboration

The Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (LCSB) was created in 2009 as one of the first interdisciplinary research centres at the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg. Today, our more than 250 employees combine their expertise in experimental neuroscience, clinical and computational biology to study the brain and its diseases.
Innovation and partnerships are a key part of our strategy to position the LCSB as a key player in the research and innovation landscape. The event presents the high-impact activities of the LCSB to relevant stakeholders, attracts industry partners for collaboration and explores addi颅tional funding opportunities through industry partnerships.
Our annual Industry Partnership Day is the perfect opportunity for new partners to discover our research activities, discuss potential fu颅ture projects, and to strengthen existing partnerships through networking and exchange.

The LCSB Industry Partnering Day is an invite-only event for industry partners representing sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, Digital HealthTech and contract research organisations.

The LCSB Industry Partnering Day will take place at the LSCB’s Biotech II (BT2) building on campus Belval on Monday, 20 October 2025 from 9:00 to 16:00.

In the course of LSCB Industry Partnership Day organised on 20 October 2025 by the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine of the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg (the 鈥渆vent鈥) photos and videos may be taken by LCSB and the 8xav福利导航 for a professional use.

The participants are informed by the present notice that they might appear in photos and videos taken in the course of the event. The processing of their image by LCSB and the 8xav福利导航 is based on the legitimate interest (art. 6 para. 1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the 鈥淕DPR鈥) consisting in informing about and promoting the event to the public.

The LCSB and The 8xav福利导航 ensures to use the photos and videos in a responsible manner, that is to say for communication purposes only and not for commercial purposes. The photos and videos taken will be published on the website of the LCSB and the 8xav福利导航 as well as on social media. The participants have the right to object to the processing of their image by the LCSB and the 8xav福利导航, by contacting the team in charge of the organization of the Event.

In accordance with the GDPR, the participants to the event enjoy the right to access, to rectify and to delete their personal data as well as other rights described our rights page.

The participants can exercise their rights according to the procedure described in the above link. In case of questions regarding the processing of their personal data by LCSB and the 8xav福利导航, the participants can contact the Data Protection Officer of the 8xav福利导航 at dpo@uni.lu.The participants have also the right to introduce a complaint to the supervisory authority, the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Donn茅es (CNPD) in Luxembourg, if they believe that the processing of their personal data by the 8xav福利导航 infringes the GDPR.

The LCSB Industry Partnership Day is organised for professionals from the research and innovation industries. It is a private, invitation-only event. 

If you are interested in attending partnership day please email lcsb-innovation@uni.lu to inquire for an invitation. We also welcome recommendations from our community of who to invite.
