Evening lecture on the advances in Alzheimer’s research

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common neurodegenerative disorder worldwide. The number of people affected by cognitive impairment is expected to rise further in the coming years. However, recent research suggests that it can be prevented. Join us to learn more about healthy habits, advances in diagnosis and emerging treatment methods.

The lecture is organised in collaboration with the municipality of Mondorf-les-Bains and will be presented in German. Registration is recommended although not mandatory.

About the speaker

Prof. Michael T. Heneka is the Director of the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (LCSB) of the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg and leads the research group Neuroinflammation.
