Abstract

Culturally embedded in the Greater Region and Western Europe, Luxembourg鈥檚 higher education was transformed when global education expansion and the European pan-Bologna process provided a window of opportunity. The founding of the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg in 2003 reshaped traditions, especially outgoing student mobility, and bolstered intercultural experiences, reflecting the country鈥檚 super-diversity and multilingual culture. Today, Luxembourg boasts the highest proportions of internationally mobile students and workers with tertiary attainment, while its scientific networks and research collaborations have put Luxembourg on the map in global science. Luxembourg鈥檚 sustainable development relies on these advances, collectively achieved by its university鈥檚 diverse scientists, staff, and students.
