This event, dedicated to new doctoral candidates who joined the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg between 1 April 2026, and 1 October, 2026, aims to equip participants with essential soft skills to successfully begin their doctorate and to facilitate their integration into the research community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Office of Doctoral Studies offers Induction Days for new doctoral candidates joining the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg. The purpose of the Induction Days is to give all new doctoral candidates guidance on academic requirements, culture, and expectations right from the beginning of their doctoral studies. A condensed program of transferable skills will equip the participants with the most needed soft skills to start their doctorate and grant them a sense of belonging to the research community, ensuring they get the right points of contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Full participation to the induction days (including pre &amp; post assignments) will guarantee a minimum of 2 ECTS from the Transferable Skills team. Possible further credits will be allocated by the doctoral schools. Eligible doctoral candidates will receive more information and access to a Moodle page.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-spacer is-spacer-size-sm\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"programme-to-follow-soon\"\n    >\nProgramme to follow soon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The next PhD Induction Days will take place
