class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\" international economic law, and international arbitration. His work often lies in the interface between these fields. His doctoral project concerned the relationship between EU law and investment arbitration, adopting both constitutional and international-law perspectives.<br>Mark\u2019s research has been published in prestigious journals, including the European Law Review, German Law Journal, and International and Comparative Law Quarterly.
