class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-wrapper \">\n        \n<p>Michelle joined the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg in May 2024 as Professor of lnclusive Education with the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences (FHSE) \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fhse-en\/research-departments\/department-of-education-and-social-work\/\">Department of Education and Social Work (DESW)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>As of May 2025, she has been assigned Programme Director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/fhse-en\/study-programs\/master-en-sciences-de-l-education-education-inclusive-et-accessibilite-pedagogique\/\">Master en Sciences de l\u2019Education \u2013 Education inclusive et accessibilit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique<\/a>. Since October 2025, she acts as Programme Director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/research-en\/doctoral-education\/dshss\/education\/\">Doctoral School in Education<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>After almost 10 years as practitioner working with and for people with disabilities, she finished her PhD in Education on the <em>Karma \u2013 Medical Model of Disability <\/em>in 2015, in a collaborative project between Addis Ababa 8xav福利导航, Srinakharinwirot 8xav福利导航 Bangkok and the 8xav福利导航 of Vienna funded by the Austrian Science Fund. Before she joined the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg, she worked at the 8xav福利导航 of Vienna and Kingston 8xav福利导航 London.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Her research foci lie on international comparative explorations of inclusion, inclusive education and inclusive teacher training. She has co-lead and participated in a number of international projects, such as Erasmus+, ASEA and AFRICA Uninet, EPU, Austrian Science Fund. Her research network spans more than 30 countries. She contributes to third mission through collaboration with schools, youth organisations, NGOs, DPOs, actors and other representatives from education and related fields.
