\nSophia 8xav福利导航 \u2013 Top Student Grant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A unique opportunity for outstanding Bachelor and Master students<\/strong> at the 8xav福利导航 of Luxembourg !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each year, 12 top-performing students<\/strong> with a strong interest in Japanese culture are selected to participate in an immersive 3-week academic and cultural experience<\/strong> at Sophia 8xav福利导航\u2019s Yotsuya Campus in Tokyo<\/strong>. The student must be available during the mobility period, starting end of June. <\/p>\n\n\n

\nWhat the Grant Covers?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\n

The grant fully supports your international mobility by covering: 

– Round-trip flights to Tokyo<\/strong> 
– Accommodation in Japan<\/strong> 
– Registration and programme fees<\/strong> 
– Airport pick-up service in Tokyo<\/strong> 

Not covered: Meals & personal excursions (students should plan their own budget). <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n \n \n Phase 1 \u2014 Announcement (Early December)\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\n\n <\/use><\/svg> <\/button>\n <\/h3>\n

    \n \n
      \n
    • The International Relations Office (IRO) informs faculties about the upcoming selection. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
        \n
      • Study Programme Directors (SPDs) receive a call for nominations (one student per programme). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
          \n
        • Nominations include academic results, current semester, and a short motivation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
            \n
          • Deadline: Last week of February<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
            \n

            \n \n \n Phase 2 \u2014 Selection (December \u2192 February 24)\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\n\n <\/use><\/svg> <\/button>\n <\/h3>\n
            \n
            \n \n
              \n
            • SPDs submit nominations to the FHSE Quality Office (QO). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
                \n
              • The QO prepares files, organizes the internal selection committee, and finalizes candidates. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
                  \n
                • Each faculty forwards 4 selected students + 1 backup<\/strong> to the IRO. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
                    \n
                  • IRO notifies selected students and explains next steps. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
                      \n
                    • FHSE QO informs respective SPDs\/DETs about non-selected students <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
                      \n

                          • Students travel to Tokyo at the end of June. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                            • SPAs verify that travel dates do not conflict with final exams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
