It aims to understand the incorporation of the EAPO procedure within a national civil procedural system and the impact national law has on the EAPO procedure as a whole. The comparative approach determines how different the EAPO procedure applies from one Member State to another. This event aims at exploring the main contributions of the book to the understanding of the EAPO in its interaction with the national legal systems of the referred jurisdictions. Following the introduction and presentation of the book, a roundtable will be held with experts and practitioners from Luxembourg to discuss the main issues related to the application of the EAPO in this country.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-spacer is-spacer-size-sm\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"languages\"\n    >\nLanguages<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>English &amp; French.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a free hybrid event.
