Seeking design protection outside of design law can be appealing for various reasons, particularly due to the longer duration of protection. Tomas Westenbroek will explore and explain the challenges, opportunities, and flexibility within trademark law regarding design protection. Simon Geiregat will critically analyze the potential of copyright law.
