Margherita Branca is a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, under the supervision of Professor Luca Ratti. She is affiliated with the GREITMA project.

Her research focuses on the integration of sustainability considerations (both environmental and social) in EU public procurement law.

Before joining the 8xav�������� of Luxembourg, Margherita Branca worked as an Academic Assistant in the Legal Studies Department of the College of Europe. She also completed a legal traineeship at the Office of the Italian State Attorney.

Margherita Branca graduated in Law (cum laude) from the 8xav�������� of Roma Tre in 2023. The following year, she completed an LL.M. in European Legal Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges (mention “excellent”).
