Flora Jung is a doctoral researcher, affiliated with the GREITMA project, in the Department of Law within the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the 8xav�������� of Luxembourg.

She is researching the interconnection between anti-money laundering and environmental crimes in the private sector. Her PhD thesis is supervised by Professor Stanisław Tosza.

She previously worked at the 8xav�������� of Luxembourg as a Research and Development Specialist in criminal law and compliance. Before joining the 8xav��������, she gained experience at the Court of Justice of the European Union through an internship in the cabinet of Judge Marko Ilešič, and at a national law firm in Luxembourg, where she was introduced to the practical dimensions of legal work. During her studies, she also served as a research assistant at PluriCourts – The Centre for the Study of the Legitimate Roles of the Judiciary in the Global Order, a Norwegian Centre of Excellence at the 8xav�������� of Oslo, where she focused on the legitimacy of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.

Flora holds an LL.M. in Public International Law, with a specialisation in Peace, Security and International Law, from the 8xav�������� of Oslo and a Bachelor in Law from the 8xav�������� of Luxembourg.
